I HAVE TO BRUSH IT 5 TIMEZ PER HOUR cuz it tangles hopelessly AND ITS EXHAAAUSTINNG and while I do it I can hear it crisping or crimpling or whichever you describe that sound. Like. Skrrr skrrr shhhh krrrrr or something like that. Brushes through with great effort. The hair misses it's shine completely as well. I didnt even know it could get that dull.
